STS Administrative
Position Location: Fayetteville, NC or Augusta, GA
Description: SOFtact Solutions, LLC, (STS) is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator with a degree focused on Business, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or at least 2 years of experience working in similar fields for full-time employment. STS is looking for a proactive individual to work collaboratively with our team on specific short- and long-term projects and contracts. In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Procurement and Contracts Manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure that all projects are moving forward on time and on budget. You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. This will be a remote position with requirements to work from a corporate office as directed.
Education: 1-3 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required

Responsibilities: Prepares purchase requisitions and orders; uploads status information to spreadsheets and logs; ensures compliance with Government Contracts as it relates to Supply Management issues; interfaces with contracts and management POC ISO audits and issue resolutions; assists with compliance of company policies, programs, procedures, and strategies related to USG Property and Material Management; maintains appropriate auditable records; preparing inventory and property management reports; verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing property and material shipments and orders from initiation of procurement to receipt of goods; conducts property and asset inventory audits; identifies new sources of supply, stay abreast of supplier products / services, in the industry; compiles and analyzes data to determine price objectives and stay informed on price trends; prepares bid packages; supports negotiations on provisions, pricing, delivery and payment terms; resolves receiving discrepancies, invoicing issues, supplier corrective action plans; negotiates and settle with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of material, over-shipments, cancellation and changes; develops specifications and statements of work with customers and team members; supports contract execution; processes quotes to vendors and customers; establishes and maintains a tracking system that provides real-time status of quotes; coordinates with accounting office to identify profit; ensures accurate accountability of time and labor utilization on all billable contracts; tracks execution of purchase orders, labor, and materials; facilitates in and out processing of personnel against billable projects; efficiently and accurately manages all aspects of travel; creates and assists with all travel coordination; processes travel authorization requests both internally and externally; processes trip and expense report requirements and ensures accurate invoicing; creates and maintains systems to track personnel travel, both inside and outside the US; manages specified travel reporting environments depending on contract requirements; and other duties as assigned.
