Description:  SOFtact Solutions (STS) is seeking a Technology Integration Expert – ServiceNow in finding, researching, and testing technical or application solutions that can integrate with the ServiceNow platform to solve problems for our customers.  This position will require familiarity with the mission, capabilities, and problem sets for our ServiceNow customers.  The candidate will research applications and technologies that can be utilized to solve problems and enhance current capabilities. 

STS is a “Woman Owned Small Business” and “HUBZone Certified Small Business” that carries a passion for problem solving in support of today’s warfighters and government entities by providing C5ISR capabilities to the Department of Defense (DoD), Other Government Agencies (OGA’s), and industry partners.  STS’s primary focus is on delivering innovative solutions and Engineering services across the C5ISR suite, Strategic Advisory /Consulting, and Program Management.

 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent experience

 

 

Qualifications:  5+ years of demonstrated experience in the ServiceNow Platform.  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Experience designing and deploying solutions
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Expected to demonstrate security related knowledge and skills, and good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with facilitating or participating in conference calls is preferred
  • Ability to focus on deadlines with time management skills desired
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Obtain and analyze business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow or other platforms
  • Coordinate and solve complex technical data
  • Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Periodic travel

 

 

Required Skills:

  • The candidate will be a general expert on the capabilities, functions, and modules of the ServiceNow platform
  • Must become knowledgeable on the use and potential use of the platform for the organization
  • Monitor and learn the capabilities associated with each ServiceNow upgrade
  • Brief the STS team and government leadership as required to enable decisions to execute upgrades and what capabilities to use
  • General IT and communications knowledge
  • Research, and test required capabilities to the command as a possible solution
  • Required to brief and possibly demonstrate the capabilities
  • Participate in conferences, forums, and boards concerning new technologies
  • Run internal boards or implement processes for the purpose of making decisions on specific capabilities and technologies
  • Manage the STS Technology Partner program and maintain any ServiceNow Technology Partner Instances as required by STS or government leadership
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
