SOFTACT Solutions, LLC (STS) is a Woman Owned Small Business headquartered out of Blowing Rock, NC, providing Engineering Services, Strategic Advisory and Consulting, Program Management, and C4ISR Support to the greater Special Operations Community, other government organizations, and industry partners.
