MA founded STS in 2017 after supporting the Defense community since 2005 and is known and respected for her intense work ethic, passion for customers and exceptional reputation working with Special Operations Forces, Combatant Commands, Joint Agencies and other government organizations. She is a proud member and corporate partner of The Honor Foundation, a founding board member of OpenWERX/ TeamWERX at SOFWERX, Chairman at Large for NDIA Tampa, former President of the Tampa Young AFCEANs, and serves on AFCEA International and the WID Greater Tampa Board of Advisors. MA holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Communications.

Prior to joining STS in 2018, Sam spent 28 years as a Signal Officer in the United States Army, serving in a variety of assignments that included over 15 years assigned to various units inside the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and concluded with assignments as the Garrison Commander of Fort Gordon and the Chief of Staff of the Cyber Center of Excellence. He is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute and of the National War College with a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies and also holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications Management from Webster University.

Daron Long
is the Director of Business Operations, joining in August of 2019. Prior to joining STS, Daron spent 27 years in the United States Army, serving in a variety of tactical and strategic Signal Officer assignments. He concluded his career with assignments as the Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) CJ6, the US Army Central (USARCENT) G6, and finally as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE). He holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Management from Webster University. Daron’s background has allowed him to develop a passion for building and growing organizations, and SOFtact has given him the opportunity to continue to grow his passion.

Doug Rezabek
is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and leads the SOFtact Solutions ServiceNow practice. Doug has been in IT business for 31 years in a variety of business, marketing, and technical roles and has spent the last eight years working in the ServiceNow ecosystem (beginning with the Fuji release) as an engagement manager, business process specialist, and technical architect. Among other current project and corporate responsibilities, Doug is the lead architect for the US Special Operations Forces implementation of ServiceNow, including the core ITSM processes, IT Business Management, and Field Service Management. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering.

Steve Trevino
is the Director of Innovation and C5ISR Operations for SOFtact Solutions, joining the company in July of 2020. Prior to joining STS, Steve spent over 29 years as a Signal Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, serving in a variety of assignments all within the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and concluded with assignments as the 5th Special Forces Group Support Battalion Command Sergeant Major and the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) G6. He is a graduate of Grantham University with a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies.

Rita Maxwell
is the Director of Finance, joining the executive team in 2022 after serving as a consultant. Rita is a highly accomplished financial management professional. During her 30-year career, she has held financial leadership positions in both government and private industry from Controller to CFO. She is a technologist, a Champion for Change, and a committed advocate for Military and Veterans issues. Rita served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Women in Defense Greater Tampa Bay Chapter from 2016-2019 and was the winner of the 2018 Tampa Bay Business Journal CFO of the Year for Medium-sized businesses. Rita is a graduate of Mercy College, NY, where she earned a B.S. in Finance.
