MARY ALLISON (MA) BRINKER

FOUNDER & CEO

Mary Allison (MA) Brinker

is the Founder and CEO of SOFtact Solutions (STS), which she established in 2017. With more than 20 years of dedicated service to the Defense community and public sector, MA is widely respected for her relentless work ethic, passion for solving complex challenges, and exceptional reputation among colleagues and customers across the DoD, DoW, and various federal agencies including Special Operations Forces, Combatant Commands, Joint Agencies, and other government organizations. MA has consistently held influential leadership roles across several professional organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Greater Tampa Bay Women in Defense (WID) Chapter. Previously, she served as NDIA Chairman at Large and Young AFCEAN’s President in the St. Pete/Tampa Bay region. She also contributed as a member of the AFCEA International Board of Advisors for Women in AFCEA and was a founding board member of OpenWERX/TeamWERX at SOFWERX in support of SOCOM. MA is a lifetime member and active small business corporate partner of the Global SOF Foundation, as well as a member and corporate partner of The Honor Foundation. MA holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She enjoys the outdoors, sports, and spending time with her children.

SAM ANDERSON

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

SAM ANDERSON

is the Executive Vice President and joined the company in September 2018. Prior to joining STS, Sam spent 28 years as a Signal Officer in the United States Army, serving over 15 years in a variety of assignments within the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). He concluded his military career as the Garrison Commander of Fort Gordon and Chief of Staff of the Cyber Center of Excellence. Sam is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, the National War College with a Master of Science in National Security Strategy, and Webster University with a Master of Arts in Telecommunications Management. He also proudly serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the CSRA Alliance for Fort Gordon.

DARON LONG

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

DARON LONG

is the Director of Operations, joining in August of 2019. Prior to joining STS, Daron spent 27 years in the United States Army, serving in a variety of tactical and strategic Signal Officer assignments. He concluded his career with assignments as the Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) CJ6, the US Army Central (USARCENT) G6, and finally as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE). He holds a Master of Telecommunications Management from Webster University. Daron’s background has allowed him to develop a passion for building and growing organizations, and SOFtact has given him the opportunity to continue to grow his passion.

RITA MAXWELL

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

RITA MAXWELL

is the Director of Finance, joining the executive team in 2022 after serving as a consultant. Rita is a highly accomplished financial management professional. During her 30-year career, she has held financial leadership positions in both government and private industry from Controller to CFO. She is a technologist, a Champion for Change, and a committed advocate for Military and Veterans issues. Rita served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Women in Defense Greater Tampa Bay Chapter from 2016-2019 and was the winner of the 2018 Tampa Bay Business Journal CFO of the Year for Medium-sized businesses. Rita is a graduate of Mercy College, NY, where she earned a Bachelor of Finance.

MICHAEL MARTEL

DIRECTOR OF SERVICENOW OPERATIONS

MICHAEL MARTEL

is the Director of Operations for the STS ServiceNow practice. Prior to joining STS, Michael spent 28 years in the U.S. Army in various tactical and strategic positions. His assignments include the 75th Ranger Regiment, the Army’s Cyber Protection Brigade, G6 for Allied Land Command NATO, G6 for US Army Special Operations Command, and G6 at Army Materiel Command. Michael holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado, and a Master of Science in Government Information Leadership from the National Defense University.

DOUG REZABEK

DIRECTOR OF SERVICENOW SOLUTIONS

DOUG REZABEK

is the Director of ServiceNow Solutions leading our ServiceNow practice since 2019. Doug has been in the IT industry for 30+ years in a variety of business, marketing, and technical roles and spent the last ten years working in the ServiceNow ecosystem (starting with the Fuji release) as an engagement manager, business process specialist, and technical architect. Doug is also the lead architect for the US Special Operations Forces ServiceNow implementation, including core ITSM processes, IT Business Management, & Field Service Management. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.

STEVE TREVINO

DIRECTOR OF INNOVATION & C5ISR OPERATIONS

STEVE TREVINO

is the Director of Innovation and C5ISR Operations, joining the company in July of 2020. Prior to joining STS, Steve spent over 29 years as a Signal Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, serving in a variety of assignments all within the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and concluded with assignments as the 5th Special Forces Group Support Battalion Command Sergeant Major and the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) G6. He is a graduate of Grantham University with a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies.
