ServiceNow Solution Architect

 

Position Location:  Multiple

  

Description:  SOFTACT Solutions is seeking a proven ServiceNow architect to provide technical direction of the ServiceNow platform, acting as the key technical architect for solution definition, implementation, and deployment; handling any known issues; mitigating risks; maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.  Additionally, as the lead ServiceNow architect, this resource possesses the technical knowledge and experience to provide architectural oversight, direction, and decision making.

 

About SOFtact Solutions:  STS is a HUBZone Certified, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) that carries a passion for problem-solving in support of today’s warfighters and government entities by providing Strategic Advisory and Program Management, C5ISR Enterprise Architecture and Design, Cybersecurity, IT Services, and ServiceNow Solutions.

 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent experience

 

Qualifications:  4+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow-Solutions, developing the platform, and working technical solutions for customer problems using the ServiceNow platform.  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate discovery and requirements gathering workshops with a variety of executive, leadership, process, technical, and end user stakeholders
  • Lead the solution design and implementation efforts
  • Provide solution options and approaches and facilitate customer decision making, when necessary
  • Design reusable solution components and approaches that will assist in subsequent implementation projects
  • Advise on business process and service management best practices
  • Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored, to prospects and existing customers
  • Forge strong relationships within the ServiceNow organization and community to collaboratively serve the needs of current or potential clients

  • Deep and broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (4+ years)
