December 22, 2021 – STS has earned ISO/IEC 20000-1 :2018 certification confirming that our IT Service Management processes are efficient and aligned to satisfy business needs and international best practices.
Daron Long, Director of Operations, shared “Adding ISO 20000-1 to the ISO 9001 certification we achieved earlier this year demonstrates our resolve towards continuous improvement as an organization and enable the STS team to solve problems for our customers and partners. I am very appreciative to our technical operations manager, Travis Jenkins, for his hard work to ensure we achieved this certification.”
